To Our Dear Friends, Customers, and Neighbors,
It is with great sadness that we would like to announce the closing of Beso Restaurant. It has been a wonderful run, a GREAT six years, however, Tammy & Chad have decided to move into the next phase of their lives. Tammy has studied to become a Pilates Instructor in New Paltz and in Rhinebeck, and is enjoying it immensely. Chad will continue to contribute to the culinary world of the Hudson Valley...stay tuned! Beso will be open through the end of February 2011. Until then, we will be running our restaurant with just as much vigor as always, focusing on giving you your Beso favorites and our signature dishes.
The new owners, Bonnie & Nathan Snow, are both chefs from NYC, and will be bringing their talents to the Hudson Valley. They will be opening their restaurant, "A Tavola", in Spring of 2011. A Tavola will be a rustic Italian trattoria that keeps in the tradition of sourcing the highest quality local ingredients. Like Beso, they will focus on on farm-to-table, with a seasonally inspired menu, that will include fresh homemade pastas and breads. We are sure that Bonnie & Nate will bring their own unique menu & vibe to the community. We look forward to dining with you there!
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued patronage, loyalty, support, friendship, and love over the past six years. We would also like to thank all of the amazing Farmers in the Hudson Valley for providing us with such high quality ingredients to work with; your harvests made our job as chefs easy.
We feel so grateful for all the success and good times we have experienced while running Beso, and feel blessed to have made so many friends in the process. We would like to thank all of our staff throughout the past six years who have come and gone, and who have been with us since Day One...Beso wouldn't be the restaurant it is without all of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your heart and dedication to the restaurant. Beso has always run on pure Heart, and will continue to do so until the day we close.
With Love & Gratitude,
Tammy & Chad
